Strategic Plan
In the Summer of 2023 the Trust Board undertook, together with the Trust Central Team, a strategic piece of work to define the mission, aims and vision of our Trust. Following the completion of that the Central Team took the Trust Board’s mission and vision and defined what it means in terms of practical outcomes and actions.
This document clearly states our shared priorities and demonstrates what success will look like. It is intended to drive and underpin more detailed action plans which will set out timeframes, key personnel and outcomes and be reflected throughout the mission of the Trust.
